We absolutely love our new garden and amazing pool area – NVL & NV Pools have made us feel like we live in a completely different home!!

The first step on the journey was creating a great design which challenged the way we thought everything would be laid out and this is where their experience really shone through, and we put our trust in them to nail it. Over the space of 5 weeks the team transformed our property and delivered on time and on budget which is no mean feat. Todd and the team were great to have around the property and all were polite and friendly and nothing was a problem. The landscaping came at the end of 9 months of renovation of our home and the NVL & NV Pools team were some of the most conscientious people we dealt with during that time.

Luke and Shannon ensured everything went without a hitch and even last-minute changes to the plan were taken in stride. They offered good, practical advice and throughout the entire process we never felt like a customer and the end result is spectacular. 
We have a finished project which has exceeded our expectations and everyone who visits is blown away by the change and how they achieved it so quickly.

We’re really thankful to the entire team and are loving making lifelong family memories in our pool and garden!

I would like to thank the whole team for your efforts in making our families dream come true with the installation of our pool and landscaping. Our site was not the easiest to access but you all worked hard to ensure that not only did it happen but that it was stress free. We were Lucky to have Sam and Jac as our main builders with Shannon making sure they had everything they needed to complete the project. I can not rate Sam, Jac and Shannon highly enough, with eye for detail, allowing us to pivot ideas the result is resort like quality.

If you are thinking of having a pool the team at NVL are exceptional we love our pool and thanks the team for their hard work and dedication.

Initially we weren’t going to put in a pool because of the technical issues of doing so, plus the extremely small timeframe to make it happen. But one phone call to Shannon and before we knew it our pool was being freighted down from Auckland, the site excavated and craned in within 2 weeks.
