New Vision Design (NV Design) team who will design your tailored site plan to submit with your council application. Using NV Pools provides you with the peace of mind that your investment is in safe hands and will be delivered as promised.

02 Flexibility

Install only or full landscape package?

How you want to engage NV Pools is up to you!

NV Pools can offer a dig out and pool install only service, we can partner with the NVL team as part of a full landscape project management service including design, construction and maintenance, or we can work in with your nominated trade contractor - the choice is yours!

If you’re looking to install a pool as part of a landscaping package with NVL, you only need to meet with the one person. NV Pools and NVL work closely together to look after the pricing, design, procurement, project management, permits and scheduling. We even have an in-house Landscape Architect who can provide you with a variety of landscape architecture services.

No organising multiple contractors - we have it sorted!

03 Pricing

What our price includes.

Our Landscape Construction experienced NV Pools team looks at the big picture not just the pool shell cost. We consider site and environmental factors along with your family needs to ensure we provide you with the right product.

NV Pools offers a transparent pricing detailing exactly what your estimate includes. We’ll include extra site costs that we know will be required to successfully deliver your dream pool. Refer to our Pool Process page for further details on pricing inclusions.

And if any unforeseeable on-site costs crop up, which they can do, we’ll discuss them with you at the time so you’re informed every step of the way.

04 Experience

We know what we’re talking about.

Our landscape managers have extensive experience in landscape construction, design and pool installation. This experience means we can assess your site with a full knowledge of what is required, potentials risks and extra costs BEFORE you start your project. And the landscape staff working on your project are either trade qualified or studying towards their apprenticeship.

05 Communication

Open and transparent.

NV Pools prides ourselves on our excellent communication standards. The same NV Pools people are involved in each stage of your pool project, so you’ll always have access to a knowledgeable NV Pools team member that is up to date with your pool’s progress. Any time you have a query, you can contact us via email or phone and we’ll help as soon as we can.

We also enjoy keeping our clients in the loop of big milestones such as pool delivery and installation timelines, it’s all part of the exciting journey NV Pools shares with our clients.

06 Health and Safety

Taking care of everybody.

NV Pools has a comprehensive HS system that includes fully trained staff, comprehensive pre-site safety checks, client inductions, at least one first aider on site at all times, and random on-site audits by NV Pools’ HS Coordinator to ensure that you, your family and our staff are kept safe. NV Pools is a member of Site Safe and multiple staff hold a Site Safe Passport.
